All Along the Watchtower

I just got home after a fancy dinner with Zelda when the toilet broke. The frakkin' thing got clogged. Can you believe it? I'm just done with this place. I'm thinking that this place is too big. I'm gonna go back to the other design by re-casting the reconstruction spell. I'll have to do it later. I'm too tired tonight.

I asked Zelda to lunch with me at the diner next to the grocery store. I had steak with fancy baked potatoes with a side of fresh cut green beans with pepper. She had a bowl of tomato soup with grilled cheese. We each got fountain drinks as there are free refills. The food seems even better than before. Afterwards we said our goodbyes and I returned home. 

Zelda asked me what I was doing for employment now. I told her that I was working on selling my inventions via Mr. Gold’s shop. She asked about my degree from university. I told her that my degree doesn't help me much in this realm. Zelda was confused by what I meant by "alternate realm." I had to remind her that we were all stuck in some kind of magical place against our wills.

I ran into Zelda at Oleander Gardens and Elixirs today. We talked a bit; I asked her if she was enjoying her new place here. She replied that she was and that the magic shop was amongst her favorite places to visit. I agreed that this was one of the more fun & interesting magic shops that I've been in. 

I went to Mr. Gold’s shop to sell some of my latest creations. I have made a few items to help pay the bills. I was able to get a couple thousand cubits which was just enough to pay for my wifi, water, and electric bills. Wanda seemed a bit on edge for some reason. I hope she's sleeping well. I'd hate to think that she's suffering from lack of sleep. I know what that's like. 

I decided that I should go back to the junkyard and get some more scrap metal. Scrap metal and miscellaneous electronic and mechanical parts are essential for making ANY invention. 

I said my goodbyes to Regina and she was off to work. Soon after she left, I had another panic attack. I had to sit down as I often do and ride it out. The attack itself lasted all of 20 minutes and wasn't as intense as some of the others. Once I made it through, I got up and went back to the junkyard. 

I congratulated Regina on her new promotion at work. She said that she enjoys it and the responsibilities that it brings. Regina told me that one day soon she hopes to be mayor of this new land. I told her that she used to be the mayor of Storybrooke but she looked at me funny and said that although she remembers living in a place before here, she was never mayor and that there was no place called Storybrooke.

Regina and I chatted about the malfunction that the teleporter experienced. I told her that it was supposed to go to the grocery store and that I ended up at the junkyard instead. She wasn't sure what sort of help she could be when it came to fixing the problem. Regina said that she doesn't have the technical knowledge as to how to fix my device. I told her that it was OK and that it was enough for her to just listen.
