Lost Tome

I smelted some metals & cut some gemstones before I consulted the Grand Grimoire. There's a new spell that I came across that can freeze people in place. I'm not skilled enough to handle it yet, so I'll have to practice more. The book talks about a lost tome, but not it's exact location. It says that it's somewhere on Picon. I hope that I can locate it.
